WHAT IF I AM NOT IN THE HOUSE WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
The courier will send you an SMS with the total payment due. When it comes to self-collection, make sure you are there at home. In the event of your absence, the parcel might be delivered to any designated person/family member.
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?
It is dependent on the delivery area and the package type. We will send you an e-mail with the courier information and tracking details once the shipment has left our warehouse.
ORDER CANCELLATION
For cash on delivery orders, we verify orders with a maximum of two confirmation calls. If your order is left unattended, it will be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are completed at the request of the customer. Dolphin Food reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including out of stock items, wrong mobile numbers, or technical faults
Exchanges:
The exchange policy does not apply to any item/product purchased on sale/discounted price.
An Exchange will only be granted if:
The product does not match the specification mentioned on the website.
Product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
Product/s must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as you received it in Original Packaging with all the tags attached.
You will be required to share Photographic Evidence of the defective item to prove the claim
Any Item/s sent after the 2 days Timeframe, will be shipped back to the Customer with the Customer being responsible for the Return Shipping Cost.
The exchange would be limited to the item/s received and they can be exchanged for another item in our catalog.
The exchange process can take up to 2 days. In cases of unforeseen circumstances, the timeline can be extended.
To maintain fairness, the problems issued will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.
Dolphin Food reserves the right of declining the Item/s ordered with reason including Unavailability of orders, pricing error, false contact & shipping details or delivery area is out of coverage.
Refund:
